One standard. Yours.
Levingston & Gilbreath is an independent wealth advisory firm in Wimberley, Texas. Built on long relationships and plans reviewed in person, never on autopilot.
Michael Levingston
Michael grew up hunting and fishing across the Texas Hill Country. A close family and an early respect for hard work shaped the way he runs his practice today.
He keeps it simple: surround yourself with good people, and take care of them so they take care of you. It is why he answers the phone himself and works directly with the families whose money it is. No call center, and nothing on autopilot.
Michael began his career in financial services in 2003, after graduating from Texas State University (formerly Southwest Texas State University) with a Bachelor of Arts in finance. In 2008, he co-founded Capital Securities of Texas to better serve individuals, families, and small businesses across the region.
Today he leads Levingston & Gilbreath as an independent advisory firm in Wimberley, Texas, affiliated with LPL Financial. The work is the same as it has always been: long relationships, plans reviewed in person, and plain-spoken advice you can act on.

Alan Gilbreath
Alan began his career in financial services in 1989 as a financial analyst in El Paso. His path since has spanned engineering and management roles before he moved into advising individuals, families, and small businesses.
In 2008, he co-founded Capital Securities of Texas. He holds FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses, along with life and health insurance licenses, and lives in Richardson, Texas, with his wife, Sheri, and their three children.
